The JMU bookstore is officially selling H.E.A.R.T Accessories! We decided this was a more efficient way to reach the community on campus and their friends/family.
Business deal:
The bookstore agreed to place our baskets directly beside the cash registers with our business cards on a consignment basis. They had us bring in an inventory sheet that explained how many of what size when we dropped off our flowers. Each 3-4 weeks we will check inventory and drop off more flowers. Whatever sells, they will keep 20% and pay us the remaining in cash. So far we have made over $50 profit by using them as an outlet in just two weeks.
